Unquestionably. The issue is whether it favours one of them over the other...and I'd say at the other end of the table, where the dregs of the PL are, whether we or Watford or Burnley get the favours....you can be sure the PL Co. LTD want Everton to stay in their business rather than those other relegation threatened teams.

Please explain how teams like Newcastle and Villa have been relegated, whilst tiny Burnley continually stay up ?

Not a single mention by Henry Winter, Sam Wallace, Oliie Holt et al on social media since the game.

Can you seriously imagine national football journos at Times, Mail, Telegraph not saying anything if it happened to Liverpool/City.

The club should request PL review of Tierney/Kavanagh reffing our future games.

Saying it’s “rigged” makes no sense.

If it was rigged, a City win would not be in the interests. A draw would be much better for the drama and revenue generation. Liverpool are the darlings of the media and this league. Not City.

They want them toe to toe at the Eitihad on April 10th - if the RS or city sew it up with games to spare their subscriptions and money will dwindle.
Thats all its about today - football sold its soul to money in 1993.
