Once you read Killing Floor, start buying all the Reacher novels by Lee Child. You're gonna be hooked.

They seem to dislike anything Slavic or Turkish. Which is a shame considering who all their neighbours are.
I love the Greeks, they're so complex yet amazingly good fun to be around.

And yeah, they do seem to generally dislike us and think of us as lesser humans, but that's maybe because many Bulgarians go work there during summer and stuff. Even give us less money/make us work more, etc. Can't stand them when they come here for a holiday and think they own the place like that.
My mom's been going there to work at a tavern for the last 3-4 years though, good money and good people there on the island she's at, and no such neglection. I'm gonna go visit next year, as I missed the summer this year - wanted to go with my car & the ferry, but getting license in about 2 weeks from now... and plane tickets cost way too much, really.
