Sorry what's your argument against another station being built between BMD and Moorefields?
About £10 million plus worth of arguments. I’ve lived the opposite side of the road from the titanic hotel for over 20 years. There is no need for another station building here. Sandhills is a 5 minute walk to the stadium
 

5 minutes?! It's at least double that.
It's not far from a mile, so it's close to ten minutes for the those who walk a decent pace, with children or those who aren't the quickest being fifteen plus.

Add the congestion that'll occur when coming out of the ground, you've got to put some extra time on too. Then there'll be the queues to get in and whatnot.

All things considered, I think there's a strong argument for adding an extra station closer to the city.
