2023/24 Sean Dyche

That really hasn't been tested though has it?
When Real Madrid come calling for him do think he will stay?

It's like Moyes. Stayed at Everton a long time but as soon as he got a better offer he was gone and he'd schmoozed Fergie for years hoping to replace him. He was open to other offers as well but they never came.

Everton will always be the best Dyche can do and he's on massive money.

Sounds like Dyche was just blowing off some steam and displaying his Alpha status in the group. Young Patterson needs to just take it on the chin and not make a scene about it especially if he invited the altercation.

Yes and I'm quite sure if it was you being humiliated in front of all you're workmates, you would do the same. o_O

Well, they do have HR departments, grievance & complaints procedures, code of conduct etc
They also hand out 10 grand fines for phones going off and get forced to do initiations amongst a thousand other things that dont happen in an office. Getting a slap in an office is also completely different to a playful slap on a night out 6 beers deep.

Yes, it’s called discipline procedure.

The same way if people are found using or in possession of their phones in certain industries. They are disciplined.

So it’s not the same. Regardless of how you’re trying to spin it
