Sandhills station

Fact is it should have been sorted by the council.
Clear though that nothing will get done.
Personally think now TFG should take the lead and front up the cash and PR for change, at Everton's expense if need be, now for the safety and benefit of Evertonians.
Like it or not, they and the club will ultimately benefit in the millions long term that this venue will bring them away from football too.
What can't happen, is a disaster of any kind and then it can't come back on blues or the club that concerns weren't raised and attempts to resolve weren't tried.

It's that serious.

Action needed now.

Masters will no doubt add that to our PPR bill and bullocks to fan safety.

Blames
With all due respect, no one in the world could guarantee what you’re asking. How could you ever ensure there was definitely some capacity left on public transport as it moves down the line. This is in no way a defence of Rotherham but even in London there are times when a tube is overcrowded and you can’t get on it.

More generally though, I thought the whole interview was poor from Rotherham. He should be saying how he is going to be banging on the Governments door for investment into the area, how it can transform Liverpool etc. Instead, he just blamed everyone els
Blames everyone else you say...well he is a red ain't he🤔

In a daze, I dreamed up a solution where there is a 'friendly' train station somewhere, and they are coached to and from the ground whilst being monitored for trouble. Similar to how newcastles worst are corralled for their trips to Goodison. Coaches lined up but direct home instead of to a station. Some spur off the west coast main line.

First train arrives at Sandhills next season !

First train

The answer to a lot of the problems with travel could be up on Great Howard Street. Shuttle buses going different ways, taxi stands , a bit of side street parking, priority green light routes.

Longer trains, running more frequently. Look at ferry services and options, including bmd terminal.

Golf buggy shuttles using cycle lane. Cheap food and drink after game
Free matchday public transport.
Can i be a mayor?
