….a bit of a tangent, but I remember watching Barkley play out wide for England Youth against a proper lower nation. This kid kept running past him and in the end Barkley got hooked, it was embarrassing.

Can he make it as a decent squad player for us in the prem? Seems to be doing well in L2, just turned 20. Another couple seasons on loan at higher levels. Or does he need to be L1 + already if he's likely to make it here? Just goes to show tho, it's not just about good performances and setting...
