I think both players were good prices for their relative age and ability, however Iwobi clearly had the homegrown/premier League experience inflation - which might explain how he ended up more expensive that Bergwjin.

Disagree. He isn't very good and we sold him to Wigan because he'd never play for us regularly and now a has-been Italian team are signing him and he'll probably play a small handful of games before he's shifted around again.
We did well to bring in some pennies and secure future pennies.
My biggest issue here is this. I've said before we need to stop buying from teams who struggle each season unless there is an exceptional case eg Gana 7m clause.
I do like Ake though.
