I find it hard to understand what it is that you want? I'm certain you wouldn't consider £24m for Arnautovic to be good value. It isn't. I agree that £50m for Sigurdsson is also obscene but, like it or not, these are market values at the moment. Leicester have offered £40m so I can completely understand Swansea's position. We can walk away but we are clearly going to spend big on a similar player no matter how much it displeases you.

I've said it before, we have to walk away at this point. If we bend over and just pay whatever they want we will find it so difficult to negotiate with other clubs in the future.
