Opposing view, when articulated, reasoned and not abusive/offensive is fine.

Naismith, Barkley, Lukaku, Cleverley.. Theres loads of players who lose confidence, the players didn't like playing at Goodison the other season. Not saying people can't moan just don't go over the top with negativity..

Rooney will pick up a big wage...though that will be offset by the savings on his fee. Sigurdsson if he arrives for the ridiculous price that will be paid for him will be on a tidy amount too. The rest who came in aren't going to leap to the top of the pay structure. We got rid and will get rid of a lot of wages off the books.

Last three accounts saw a steady rise in wages:

2014 £69M
2015 £78M
2016 £84M

I cant see the next couple of seasons showing anything other than a stead rise up to £100M. Completely in line with the trend established and one that will be covered by increased revenue...mostly from tv - as per usual.

So we have added:
Rooney £150k a week,
Sandro Ramirez £120k a week
Davy Klaassen £100k a week
Yannick Bolasie on £80k
Pickford 90k a week
Keane 90k a week
Snedeirlin: 120k a week
Williams 70k a week

Thats before any other additions. I think our wage bill is going to be between 140mill and 160 mill annually. Thats he real investment of recuritment.

4 years I'd guess? Silly to pay that fee for less than that. But we'd want to re-evaluate his post 30 abilities I'd think.

Sorry mate, they are just absolutely turd footballers, nothing to do with fans getting on their back. As for Lukaku, he's just scored 26 goals in a season, I think he's coped alright with the groans. You've basically got Barkley and that's it.

I'm really not sure on the Sigurdsson one. Let's see in the next day or so.

I would go 4 myself with an option for an extra year - players look after themselves very well these days but players tend to drop back in there 30,s.
