My friend at Swansea text me to today to say that Sigi trained at Swansea on his own this morning. He had texted me yesterday to say a deal had been agreed as the clubs were in talks for most of the day and that he would be travelling to Merseyside over the weekend. However he said he wasn't sure what happened as he and many other staff at the club thought it was agreed yesterday- they are blaming the American owners for not understanding football and messing up their season e.g. by not selling and and re-investing before the season starts.
Everyone seems to be at a loss with this!

We're going to miss out on weeks of training with the squad and preparation because Swansea's owners don't know how to run a club.
