haha! Wish it was that straight forward. We, well actually the other lads, will use email, facebook, twitter, all the usual places to find evidence to back up the less obvious ones. Sometimes we hit on something, sometimes not.

Same goes for banned racists, and generally unpleasant contributors. We have had a few shocking discoveries over the years, believe you me.

The mods have a job I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy
I'm getting hitched on Sat and off for a month but as soon as I'm back I'll sign up as a forum supporter.
I was on the book of faces pages (a few of them in fact ) but all too much of a clique for me.
I'm in Dublin and the rubbish that goes on between the main supporter clubs is unreal.
I've a contact in Liverpool ( a son of a mate of my dad ) who sorts me out with tickets when I want to go over to a game
Sky changing fixtures has messed me up a few times so now I've to wait till games are confirmed.

As I said Mods do a great job and mostly don't get the recognition they deserve

posters who get a warning or something where I assume points are added should receive some sort of a notification of it.
I got a warning for a minor language infraction today (fair enough if you're wanting us not to use that word but I wasn't to know), I only found out about in by accident when I reviewed a notification for one of the handful of likes it got and saw it. Otherwise I wouldn't have known and perhaps used it again getting me further punishment.

Is there something wrong with notifications in general? They seem to be a bit random. I get only seem to get notified of about a third on my likes

Not complaining about the rules or the warning. Just saying we probably should have some notification when they are accidentally broken.
Plus that says posters are automatically notified via personal message when it happens, which did not happen.
