I remember Eugene he had a very distinctive and hilarious writing style. There was one particular post of his I remember when the furore over the new badge came out and somebody very innocently mentioned that people should buy the merchandise as it might be worth some money in the future.
He responded with a brilliant and spectacular whimsical post about an old dear who appears on Antiques Roadshow years in the future with an Everton mug and gets her hopes dashed in brutal fashion.
He'd have cleared all his stock if he posted overseas. The Minge Bag. xYou'd miss flogging us jigsaws and other associated tat. Admit it.

I used to visit Toffeeweb in the late 1990s for its forum - which was renamed The People's Forum a few years later. I think, if memory serves, TPF was independent of Toffeeweb by then. Which was fine - because Toffeeweb was full of uninformed Americans. So I came here years later.I find that I can get most news here on GOT, and a level of discussion / analysis to follow which I like.
There are many eloquent and knowledgeable contributors here amongst you, and steeped with the clubs history such that it is very hard to replicate.
I used to like Toffeeweb. What I find amusing these days is how some sites will jump on an Alan Myers posting "It's possible" on X and using that as the basis for a 5-paragraph "article"!
All about nothing and offering nothing!
I assumed these sorts of sites were just a hobby to some, or like media or digital tech Everton supporting students would do for their CV or a college project.
