Have clubs/sponsors ever had to front up cash for infrastructure projects in the past? It just seems like something that should be sorted by the local authority tbh. I do feel like the club/TFG may be the ones who have to provide a solution though as the transport problems are indisputable and it’s a bit of a PR disaster for all.

I don't know. My guess would be Man City would have.
