Quite a few in there, we are all meeting at the Mohawk pub in Eagle Rock before the game too, starting at 1pm. Think Sharpey is going to be there too.

They are staying at the Ritz Carlton SF based on that photo of Mirallas. Aka, not cheap!

I CANNOT WAIT for Wednesday! Couldn't attend the meet/greets, but I will be there with bells on Wednesday! And camera...going to stalk Tim Howard.
 
I know this is a meaningless tournament which will be quickly forgotten once the season gets under way, but what are peoples expectations as to what Everton can / will achieve ?

We're the lowest ranked of the 7 European teams. And the Galaxy will be no pushover either. So we could easily end up with 3 defeats. How demoralising / disappointing would that be ?

I want to see us being competitive in all 3 games, I want to see some of our players shine, and I want at least one win. Who knows, we could end up being the surprise team of the tournament, anything's possible in one-off games like these, but as long as we do ourselves justice then I'll be happy.

Another meet and greet was added since it was so popular. If any photos appear on Facebook will try and post them.

Trust me, LA will likely (sadly) end up last. I love my two clubs, but LA is in the midst of playoff qualification at the business end of the season, CONCACAF Champions League is about to begin, more importantly Robbie Keane is injured, and we are likely going to play our two teenagers upfront that are still developing, and miss right now more often than hit the target. Bruce Arena will also enable every single player to play, which means at some point LA's C team will be on the pitch.

The only potential saving grace is that Landon is currently ON FIRE. Even then, he won't be able to resuscitate the entire team.

So odds are, Everton won't be last.

I'm hoping (even though meaningless) both my clubs don't end up last.

Regardless though, what counts is form, playing together, and seeing how the team operates. Focus on that.

And be happy every one of our games is televised!

I saw a roster somewhere that didn't have Distin listed on it...hoping it's a typo. Running to check.

We are the next game up.
 
wonder why he isnt listed? (distin) has he picked up a knock or something? cant see him being there and not playing other wise.
