Actually, that's a great point. Someone at the club should have had the script for this at some point.

I'll tell myself I'll get to bed early, set an alarm just before 4am, watch the match and go back to bed for a few hours and all will be good.

However I'm most likely going to stay up, we'll get bummed 6-0 and I'll feel like omega-sh*t all Thursday.
