Keep an eye on that Noles/Gators game, too. The only way Florida can make their season worth anything is by ruining FSU's. You never know, cause it's a derby game and everybody knows everybody else. Real well. Gators are Leon Spinks kind of dangerous going into this, and it's the 20th anniversary of "the choke at Doke."

Just saying. Good shout on that TCU team, Bill. Hot local question - any chance Patterson would like to go down to Gainesville? The fact that the best two teams in Texas are Baylor and TCU is something that puts a big smile on my face from here. Don't know if he's prone to choose to step into that kind of pressure cooker. They'll be looking for an offensive coach this time. Tends to work better in the Swamp.

I keep hearing Gundy to Florida which wouldn't be a bad choice. Patterson is in a pretty good situtation and those oilmen got the money to pay him when he demands more money.

Tillman on CBS saying that Ohio State should jump over TCU into fourth.

He's having a laugh. Is that the same Ohio State that lost at HOME to VA Tech who is currently unranked? TCU's one loss was to 6th ranked Baylor at Baylor.

Right now, you'd have to make the case that Baylor would jump TCU into 4th and TCU stays 5th but no way Ohio State deserves that 4th spot over either of those two teams.

No way.

Four field goals. That won't get it done. Alabama will adjust at the half on those big plays.

I love the way Gus ties those guys into knots - he's such a great play caller and is a great offensive mind.

Great game - goes down to the wire again I imagine.

Yes, but few things make me happier than Nick Saban fuming...it's a beautiful thing.
