Anyone have the dates last years where announced? seems to be going on long this, but just not sure if it feels that way.
If this is anything like the way the rest of the club is functioning at present, we'll have waited until we knew if we'd been relegated or not before getting started on the design.
Because apparently it was impossible to sort anything out, and parallel planning is work no one fancied doing.

This is a club so incompetent that they delayed releasing a third kit so long 3/4 years ago that we had to use the previous seasons white kit away at Crystal Palace for our opening away fixture.
It takes a special type of negligence to not have kits on sale before people are on summer holidays.
Not having kits ready on time for the start of the season is only something the Everton board could achieve, and is symptomatic of their general incompetence.

Lets be absolutely honest, this club at the best of times is backwards.
They probably haven't even been on the blower to Hummel - very poor planning, wouldn't mind a bet the club think "oooooh lets announce it last it will be good" in reality kids want it for their holidays, we should really wear it the last game of the season, and it just makes them look more and more incompetent by the day.

Back int the early 90`s they used to do that I think. It makes sense to have it ready to sell for the last home game when you have a full house. It changed in mid 90`s when we were having a problem confirming shirt sponsor and it was mid summer before it was released.
