2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

I they do Leicester will stay up.

He'll make them defensively more solid and they have a player or two that can snap up a chance.

Dyche is going to Leicester in a couple of weeks max. So we're left hoping that yesterday's man Moyes has us 5th from bottom and with breathing space in this relegation fight when he does just to give us a chance.
Moyes has a track record of turning teams around and has recently won European silverware, yet he's "yesterday's man"?

I appreciate his appointment is not universally popular but come on, there a stretch

First post as a Town fan so hi to all.

So what is this fantastic Premier League we were all promised? After two wonderful seasons I'm hating virtually all of it, can't even watch our games now. From hope following Wednesday's results midweek to despair again after a really poor effort against Brighton.

The main thing in our favour is that we have less to lose, and of course consistency and a great manager, just still not convinced there's three worse teams than us (two certainly). You did a great professional job on us in October. West Ham don't look great, we play them last game.

All good fun..

It's a steaming pile of crap is what it is mate.

Your better off joing probably 20% of Norfolk and supporting our loveable rs neighbours if you want to enjoy the PL week in week out.

If we paid him off for this season, I really hope we put a none competitor clause into his severance deal for the remainder of this season. We can joke but he turned around the Lampard disaster.

Would be peak Everton to sack a manager who then turns up at a relegation rival and turns them around.

Do you hope Moyes takes us down and Dyche keeps them up?

The gap between the top Championship teams and bottom PL teams is growing.
FFP my arse

No I dont. Ridiculous question.

I want us to stay up and then preferably for Moyes to GTF out of here and allow a new manger with good football ideas to come in. Which is what those clueless Texans should have done.

5 absolute must win games for me are Leicester, wolves, saints, palace and Ipswich.

Also think we can get something out of spurs and West ham games

The rest are pretty much a write off, just need to avoid a big hammering for goal difference as we're comfortably above in that regard at the moment
Why Palace? especially away. Their form has picked right up in recent weeks.

In all seriousness we really don't.

It's their defence that's sending them down.

I really do, it would be a fitting end to this soap opera.

Leicester still have that Faes fella, no wonder their defence is poo.
