2024/25 Relegation Thread

I wouldnt,i would turn on the manager because he is takeing us down.
It's a bit of everything - you're suggesting a group who have underperformed for a decade under several managers will be better because they have yet another manager passing through.
If Everton can get someone better fine but I'd rather we invested in the squad if it comes down to a choice. Never think it can't get worse.
If TFG don't come in and put their hand in their pocket straight away for better players then it will definitely be a struggle to the end of the season.

A more forward thinking manager would get more out of the players we have than dyche, the fans know it and the players know it.

But we should be thinking as to whether he is the best guy to get us promoted from the Champo next season
We need to have a forward looking plan rather than short term piecemeal decisions
100% he is not, football has moved on so much, Coventry who have just sacked their manager took us to the cleaners pre season 3-0 yes it was pre season but they were 1 week ahead of us, but our players had done gaffas day so fitness doesn't really stack up in a discussion.

Dyche is so out of depth in the game now, he is embarrassing

Im getting bored saying games are must wins but this is so huge early on already in the season. If wolves turn us over they have a run of 5 fixtures they could quite easly be way above us in a few weeks.
Thats why failing to beat teams like brentford who were down to 10 men before HT and then listening to Dyche after the game talking utter bollocks grinds your gears.
I cant see anything right now other than praying southampton leicester and ipswich dont pick up many wins in the next 6 weeks.
100% worrying about other teams instead of the team actually doing there part and getting us away. Is going to take both luck that reaults go for us and performances from the team. Is why dyche and the team have nowhere to hide from it, yes hard teams coming up but have had games that we should have got more from so wont pass with any of his bs.

It’s looking like one of us, Leicester and palace to joint saints amd Ipswich. Wolves and wham be ok soon enough
It'll be whoever scores the fewest goals, so going off our trajectory we're nailed on, but we do have a decent defence and an opportunity to improve the attack still. Depends if TFG want to take over a Premier League club or a Championship one.

We are only in a battle because of Dyche. If that tool had only not blown two 2-0 leads in back to back games and had the wherewithal to beat an ordinary team who had to play more than a half of football with 10 men we'd have a buffer to ride out what is likely to be a lean December and likely be safe already.

He's a myth, a cowardly myth. How he puts on the front he does knowing that he hasn't even been able to average a goal per game in his PL career so far just points to the ego of the man. He relegated Burnley twice as well so I have no idea where this 'safe pair of hands' image originated in the first place.

TFG couldn't come in quickly enough. Alarm bells will start ringing for me if he isn't gone on day 1.
