Somehow, Everton would lose to Everton at home.

Need to get wins at Goodison sooner or later, 4 points from Spurs and Leicester is a must, ideally six just to get a decent buffer between Wolves and Ipswich again.I don`t think its losing to teams like Villa that is a concern for people, but more the fact that its very tight behind us and each game you lose is another chance to push away from the bottom 3. Other teams have shown they can raise they game when some of the top half teams come to town, but our lot just don`t seem to have it in them. If Moyes can get us scoring we`ll be all right, but if he can`t sort that out it could be third time unlucky at avoiding the drop.
Own goals, for sure.Somehow, Everton would lose to Everton at home.

Until we do get more points on the table, it should be worrying for every supporter when we fail to win. Arsenal, City, Villa and Spurs are one thing, but it’s the other teams we are also failing to win against. Moyes really is the litmus test for the Dyche argument that a better manager gets more out of these players. In the absence of any incomings so far it will be interesting to see if that hypothesis is actually proven correct. Now is the moment of truth. Why would we panic losing to villa and spurs?
They're both much better sides than us right now with decent managers....
Both have depth and pace which is something we can only dream of...
We'll get more points playing proactively under moyes rather than trying to draw 0 0 and having no plan b when we concede under dyche
Well if you read my comments in full the provision to that support is always that if in danger of relegation support would be withdrawn.

In any case, it's a no brainier that we should be considering a Plan B right now.
He`s been in post for a full week and one game and according to you, the new owners should be planning to get rid of him ???????
Let me guess this would somehow involve the appointment of Gareth Southgate![]()
He's 'kin useless. A media friendly safe pair of diplomatic hands who knows f.a. about using some of the best players in Europe to good effect.I think Southgate gives the England team problems.
I see no Liverpool players being rotated in and out.I don't think either of them is likely to argue with Southgate playing the rotation players in the rotation fixture.
Guardiola may be irked if Southgate plays Stones three times. Looks like he's the only player retained from the draw against Poland.
Nah. He surely wouldn’t ever rep Southgate. That would just be a display of blatant WUMming which according to the forum rules should have him banned

Gallagher on the pitch and Plamer stays on the bench.
Ha Ha Ha Ha.
Southgate. How on earth has he conned his way to multiple contract extensions?
The English FA are clowns.
I think this is one of the reasons that Southgate keeps his job for so many years: he weaponises his role as manager of England to bring young players in to get interested parties together for sale/purchase. He's a facilitator of asset stripping for the 'top 6'. You could also see him doing Chelsea's bidding getting in the ear of McKenna on tv last week. He's rewarded for all that with good relations with the game's authorities in this country.
Time for Southgate to go.
Terrible manager.
He's wasted a golden generation.

Let's hope that spanner Southgate doesn't call him up.
He's quite obviously, though, one of the best talents around in England...and he's ours.

All we need now is for that plank Southgate to call him up.

Southgate is a turd.
Gareth 'the Germans bombed our chippy' Southgate takes full responsibility for the penalty fiasco. So that's two hes ballsed up then.

It's because Southgate is a divvy. Not sold on that one myself. Pope is extremely overrated, has had his fair share of howlers. There's a reason Pickford is keeping him out of the England team.
I expect the world number one team to sweep a bunch of English no marks led by a donkey like Southgate 4 times out of 4.
If Southgate play this clown in a few weeks time he;s a bigger turnip than I had him pegged as.I'm starting to dislike him, certainly. He's one of those keepers that the defenders don't trust and it shows. He needs to be dropped, Southgate needs to drop him and he needs to get down off his undeserved high horse.
The lad is not a top athlete in any way shape or form.He just looks mentally destroyed at this point. His decision making was questionable to start the season and now it has reached all new levels of poor
Southgate is as far away from being a very good manager as Martinez is from being Guardiola or Ancelotti.Thats fair. Non elite, half decent, massive blind spot.
Without the blind spot, you have just described Gareth Southgate.
Edit. Soz, I have just described Southgate.
I blocked this idiot years ago. Please don't quote like this my eyeballs are now running away from my skullNah. He surely wouldn’t ever rep Southgate. That would just be a display of blatant WUMming which according to the forum rules should have him banned

Some more favourable @davek opinions on Southgate here.

Ha Ha Ha. The mask slips.
"Nice" Mr Southgate is just another gammon-faced right winger.

If Turnip Southgate hadn't put him in goal for England he'd be benched by now.

Hopefully Turnip Southgate wont be picking any of ours.
