For heavens sake Dave, he's precisely who the @27years campaign are addressing.
Yes, it is. I accept that. But my point was that it's not to get him out of the club but to work with him...which is true as per the last twitter statement from that group but what @nsno-chris called me out as a "liar" for.

The issue with this particular line of protest is the lack of clarity in the aims.

Tend to agree with this.

Within the past month he's;

* Sacked the DOF.
* Confirmed "A strategic review of the football structure will now take place which will inform the best model for the Club to proceed with in the long-term"
* Brought in a club legend to the boardroom.

I wonder if that's the management changes necessary?

If no?

Then why not be more assertive or as you say, clarify the aims.

An example could be - sack the chairman and CEO who have overseen long term decline.

You said they want him to stay to “protect his investment”

That’s a lie.

They say that the improvement we seek can only be achieved by trying to engage as he is the majority shareholder

Thanks again

Chairman, CEO and Unsworth please.

This 35-minutes podcast with Rodger Armstrong and the Esk clearly outlines the objectives of the #27years campaign.

Set aside whatever opinion you may or may not have of Esk and give it a listen.

With the greatest of respect to the Esk, they are still talking about persuading Moshiri "to realise the financial return on his investment".

But HE is the problem at this club. HE needs to be removed; there's no appealing to a meddling owner to remove himself from the process of running this club and hiring professionals for the board, that is just wishful thinking. And our interests are not "wholly aligned" with Moshiri's because he can realise his profit on the club + stadium almost regardless of whether we are bottom half or top half.

This is a fundamental mistake and flaw of the 27 minute campaigners.

Cap in hand gets kick in teeth. The only way this governance issue is settled is by marking his card for him that as soon as that stadium is built he sells up and goes.

A social media campaign against Moshiri demanding his removal should be ramped up and sustained.
