I respect anyones right to protest, and I too am very disappointed & worried about what’s going on at our club right now.

BUT if you are Lampard for example and see all this constant unrest, it’s hardly a tempting proposition to come in under this dark cloud is it?

You’d like to think his PR team who he pays handsomely are very aware of what the fan unrest is about.

It’s not about the players, it’s about wanting the best for the club. For me, despite the obvious downward spiral we’re going in, shows that there’s a fan base who want the best for the club, and presently backing him.

If I’m him, I’m jumping all over this opportunity. He’s got a good core of u23 players he can rely on, like he did at Derby and Chelsea, which will please some fans too.

Farhad Moshiri has backed the club. Nobody can deny that. The problems have been the recruitment of players.

I’m not happy where we are. I don’t blame the owner though. Nor do I think we should be protesting.
Management decisions , lack of communication and appointment of board members who have no expertise .
Managers and DoFs allowed to buy all sorts of players and now we are hamstrung when we need to recruit at least 2 players .
I'm sure others have a much longer list .

Recruitment of players, recruitment of managers, recruitment of Directors of Football.

Moshiri is accountable, ultimately, for them all.

His decision making has been poor.

He is incapable of running a football club. He must recognise this, and he must delegate football decisions to someone more qualified.

Because we are finished otherwise.

Too bloody right people are protesting.

These protests will be pushing the owner away. For what?
The protests are not designed to “push him away” at all. Very few people are calling for Moshiri to leave.

Primarily it’s trying to persuade Moshiri to get rid of the absolute chancers that are currently on the club’s board, and for him to replace them with a set of people with at least an ounce of acumen with regards to how to run a successful football club.

They want him to employ successful and proven football / business people to run the club on his behalf, and to not try to do it himself with the current clowns around him.

School of silence
