Those of us that backed this campaign and participated in it did our best. We can all look back on what's happened to the club and know that we tried to do somthing about it. Maybe we should've carried on and done more but the fact that we tried matters. We stood up for the club while others just continued sit in silence and do nothing. Its those who tried to shame and dismiss us that should reproach themselves. Congratulations lads, you've got the club that you deserve. Its just a shame that the rest of us have to suffer along with you.

The intentions were good but the protest was never aimed in the right direction. I think once Benitez went and the board had vaguely alluded to a “strategic review” (which resulted in nothing other than Graeme Sharp being appointed as a mascot) they felt their job had been done. Needs to ramp back up again and get serious this time.
 
There seemed to be some idea to quieten down to get behind Lampard, fair enough, and once again, there was a bit of delirium around deadline day with the new manager and signings and it all ebbed away after.

Thing is right now the only thing we should be thinking about is supporting the players and manager, and nothing else
