Time for walkouts
Totally agree, but I doubt you will find any willing supporters to try that again, following the reaction we got.

The time for walkouts was exactly when the arsenal one was planned, slap bang in the middle of a televised match with the whole world watching - instead we got the kenwright telly clapping zombies waking up and abusing those who stood for change, and so we are still in the death spiral.

Sack the board.

No point in walkouts !!

Or sit-ins ?

Chants of "Sack the Board" ?
Said this last season.

If it's a UK televised game with the pundits in the little glass studio. Stay behind, sing long and loud. Sing over the pitchside interviews.

It can't be ignored.

Asking people to walk out or not show up to support the team after spending between 30 and 50 quid for the privilege is a tough ask.

Hats off to all the campaigners, but this 'no protest on matchdays' is utter bollocks I'm afraid. It's the protest equivalent of making faces behind your mums back when she tells you off as a kid. It makes you feel good but achieves nothing of note.

Maybe people could do what Newcastle fans did and only go to their seats in the 10th minute or something. Something has to be done to grab the attention of the media.

Yep. But even that takes great will power. Fans in the concourse will hear something and dart up. It's really hard not to get suckered in.

Football clubs know that, it's the reason they continue to take the piss out of all fans.

Price hikes, 3rd kits, training kits, fan tokens blah blah blah. It's a massive gift whose sole aim is to fleece us of money via emotional blackmail.

The 27 campaign need to be as regular a sight pre match as the Foodbanks people and program sellers.

Take up the same spot each week.

Talk to people. Explain again and again why they feel the need to exist.

It's going to be a long slog but standing outside the liver building on a cold December night takes more effort than swerving a couple of pints in the pub pre match to reach a far wider audience who ultimately want the same thing. A better Everton.

Why not, when does this nightmare end , hit them hard wtf have we to lose now facing the same season as last but without our talisman who had to be sold
But it's NOT hitting them hard. You've already paid for the ticket.....

Kenwright no longer shows up, I'm not sure if that's down to poor health or shame but he's no longer there. Even Denise skipped boxing day, most unusual.

Those in power need embarrassing even if they're absent. The only way to do that is gerate widespread media coverage.

Delay the kick off, protest loudly when the team are not playing. Protest post match.

They have 32/33k pre-paid mugs, they couldn't give a toss if we stayed away.

So Bill hasn’t been to many games at goodison this season?

He went to a few early on. The first one I noticed he skipped was Man Utd.

I asked Graham Stuart where the chairman was and he sheepishly mumbled no idea.

I'm not sure he's been seen since? Was he there for Palace? I remember seeing DBB on the telly for Leicester. Neither of them there for Boxing day.

Close to 1 million pounds a year each and can't be arsed showing up.

Giz a job. I can do that.

Never knew this.
And they have the cheek to shove our season ticket prices up.

all this is great but in reality a good proportion of the fanbase will be in their seat kicking off at those coming in late , mocking them and having a go . That’s exactly what happened last time , I’m not saying that’s a reason not to protest but that apathy is exactly why we’re where we are and why it’s likely to get worse .
