#27 Years/NSNOW/#AllTogetherNow Fan Campaign

all this is great but in reality a good proportion of the fanbase will be in their seat kicking off at those coming in late , mocking them and having a go . That’s exactly what happened last time , I’m not saying that’s a reason not to protest but that apathy is exactly why we’re where we are and why it’s likely to get worse .
Exactly why post match sit ins for a televised game is the best solution.

It shouldn't offend those who can't be arsed hanging around and getting involved.

A huge missed opportunity last season was the home win v Chelsea. A sit in and chants after a massive win would have really raised some pundits eyebrows.

"These fans are protesting the board after a huge win, this needs further investigation"

Agree with that, also think that they really need to find a journalist who is prepared to write and expose the full Everton story under both Kenwright + Moshiri, people (especially certain pundits) need to see and understand what has been going on at this club.

I'm all in favour of walk outs tbh but just like at the Arsenal game, you'll have fans kicking off at the ones leaving. Unfortunately there's huge numbers of Evertonains who don't use social media and forums such as this and they are completely oblivious to how rudderless the ship known as Everton is.

I had a mate and his son in the Street End, good mates with about 9 people around him and yet only him and his son left their seat and they got verbal abuse. I've got another mate in the Park End and he just didn't want to bring the subject up and said he had no intention of doing it as it won't have an impact.

Whatever people decide to do, whether it be the 27 group or another group, it simply has to be done in the stadium, whether that's pre match, during it or post match. It has to be inside the ground. And whatever group arranges it you have to get more people on board before doing it. It can't be "we want Kenwright out but we're happy for Moshiri to stay". It has to be all or nothing. The owner, the board, all of them and the message needs to be clear and to the point with no "Buts" included.

On the note of balls, tennis balls on pitch might work
Another soggestiom I made last year to 27 on twitter. It didn't get a response.

Plenty of cryarses on here whining about legality of objects on the pitch.

Throw them on the pitch before the players come out.

The media will ask: "Why have the fans done that?" Job done.

It will delay kick off and cause embarrassment. What sanction did Man Utd face after their fans got the biggest fixture in British club football called off? ZERO! NADA! ZILCH!

We're far too nice, far to worried about shouts of kopite behaviour.

He went to a few early on. The first one I noticed he skipped was Man Utd.

I asked Graham Stuart where the chairman was and he sheepishly mumbled no idea.

I'm not sure he's been seen since? Was he there for Palace? I remember seeing DBB on the telly for Leicester. Neither of them there for Boxing day.

Close to 1 million pounds a year each and can't be arsed showing up.

Giz a job. I can do that.
Could be good news

If the crowd hadn't got behind them they would of melted we've been like that for years no balls..
Nobody will ever know that though. It’s like saying if I only put them lottery numbers on last night. What kept us up was coming from 2-0 against Palace. Scoring from two whipped free kicks. Palace playing awful the second half and us doing our usual ‘let’s play one half of football’.

Are they trying to arrange a protest now because their FOLD questions were not answered?

If that’s the case they are going to have to keep escalating their efforts because the club are not going to take the group seriously with the way they’ve acted so far.

They are all gonna end up climbing on the roof like fathers for justice dressed as Batman at this rate

Rightly or wrongly, I think the biggest problem for those organising the protests is that still a majority of match going fans are grateful for what Bill has done for the club in the past or at least ambivalent towards him so it will be difficult for any protests to gain traction while that remains the case.

Not saying I agree, but some people work all week and enjoy the release of the football come the weekend. They don’t want to be bothered with politicking.

That's the decisive battle.

Convincing those that are not particularly bothered that protest is worthwhile.

We get that they just "Want to go to the match" but surely watching a team that's not constantly firefighting on and off the pitch increases the pleasure?

There is a lot of supposition here that the majority of fans are wrong. The 27c has so much negativity, even through inference, that they are never going to get the ear off people.

Absolutely. Watching the club is hard enough without adding in the stress of protesting too and all of this is at a time when the vast majority of the country and quite probably our fan base more than most is stressed about keeping their lights on and food on the table.

Not saying we don’t need to do something because we do but the campaign leader(s) have made themselves a bit of a laughing stock with that letter and questions in my view and it certainly doesn’t endear the campaign to a lot of fans

It's a fair point.

I'm sure they'd probably admit their engagement with casual fans leaves a lot to be desired. They say they're open to dialogue to any who wish to contact them. They've got that backwards.

They need to more proactive, like a eager young parliamentary candidate handing out leaflets advertising a land of milk of honey.

It's a massive task.
