Kenwright is the main problem no doubt but Walsh/Koeman then Brands have destroyed us with so much dough being wasted on transfer fees and wages.

Alladyce did a good job here regardless of his personality/reputation - in life you dont have to like someone to say fair play son you did a good job.

Benitez was doomed from the start - club was a shambles last summer no manager could have done anything with a defence of Coleman, Holgate and Keane with a £1.7 million budget and massive injury crisis. Not even Pep Guardiola.

Koff with your revisionist history you tedious bore.

You had him down to finish top half comfortably after his 1.7 million window. You only started changing your tune when it became massively obvious just how big a cock up the Benitez appointment was.

Everybody here has seen you for the massive bell you are whenever Benitez comes up.

On Allardyce, personally when looking solely at the job he was brought in to do and the job he did, you have to say he achieved what he was tasked to do. The fact he was ever appointed in the first place was (at the time) a real embarrassing low for the club and we should never have sunk to those depths, but it’s not really his fault, it’s the owner’s.

Fat pigman on the other hand, well, that is a low that is impossible to sink to again. It was beyond rock bottom, through the earth’s crust and deep into the depths of hell itself. A disgusting, sweaty, arrogant, ignorant, odious mess of a man, kopite legend, AND proved himself to be an utterly clueless inept manager while he was in position. Our owner should never be forgiven for allowing his huge shadow to darken our club’s door.

Had he not had DCL, Richarlison and Mina crocked he may have gotten midtable imo.

Those 3 oot leaving us with a half fit King Salaman, Tom Davies and Allan in CM and Holgate/Keane/Coleman at the back no wonder we struggled.

People are making excuses for Lampard being 17th (lower than what Benitez had us) with Coady/Tarks/Patterson/Gana/Onana in the team despite being upgrades.

You're looking at things from an emotive perspective.

Also interesting to note that he continues to lie about which players were out and when, as if Richarlison missed a sizeable chunk of the season. And we also must ignore the fact that Lampard doesn’t have Richarlison AT ALL this season, because the owner’s ineptitude forced us to sell him and his DOF bought Dwight McNeil as a replacement. Oh well tough luck Frank, you’ll just have to get by.

This would be Lampards team that hasn't had DCL, Richarlison, or Mina for most if not all of the season yeah?

Richarlison hardly missed anything for Benitez as well but you keep going with your revisionist history.

Strange then that when Sasha Ryazantsev was the FD, he agreed to and took part in a podcast with the Esk to discuss financial matters at that time.
A club director knowingly and wittingly spending an hour on a podcast with someone you say has never shown any credentials ?
And still, the club have never countermanded any of the financial analysis by the Esk.

Whys the campaign, and certainly the people at the top, turned down the chance to talk directly to the club when offered then And?

When Moshiri bought the club.

" Billionaires now lads, we take what we want "

6 years later after investing 800 million into the club and new stadium

" Get outta of my club, sack yourself Farhad "

You will always turn , never change blues.

Yeah he’s kept the same board that had presided over two decades of total nothingness ,maybe if he had seeked the best in class in management positions he Would have got more bang for his buck, instead he handed a blank cheque to BS Bill and his hangers on, and here we are Neal Maupay upfront after having to sell Richarlison just to keep within profit and sustainably rules.

and where were Dominic Calvert Lewin, Richarlison and Mina during Lampards reign so far FB ? I suppose they played every game....

The board hasn't remained the same though has it.

Changes were made at the start and more have been done the past few years to the board.

Richarlison missed about 4-6 weeks iirc and was goosed after missing much of pre season, Lampard whilst having a slightly weaker attack has a stronger defence and midfield than what he/Benitez had last season.

I just don't get the irrational hatred for Benitez (or Alladyce) - they were here approx. 6 months? and half the supa bloos hate him more than Kenwright who's commited a managed decline for near two decades.

Its just strange I couldn't live my life obsessing about a bloke who came in to do a job and failed in difficult circumstances.
