6 + 2 Point Deductions

Don't want people to read too much into this, but I had a dhal soup for my lunch that was absolutely delicious. I know the chef at my work restaurant well and asked if he had any left, and if so I'd buy it and take it home for the weekend.

He did have some left, he has potted it up for me and let me have it for FREE! What I get from this is either:

(a) I have used all the good luck up and we're getting no points back; or
(b) We are are on a little run of good luck and are getting some points back.

I'll leave you to decide which you think it is.

It is a major decision for those tasked with making the decision and with a KC looking over your shoulder they will want to have all their answers bolted down securely. I wonder what information will be given to the club and PL with their decision ?
Will it be a one liner or a detailed analysis of how they reached their decision ?

Prior to the original decision on the 10 points deduction my memory is that the club were adamant there was no breach and then accepted afterwards there was.
But , was this acceptance because certain expenses were disallowed by the original group and are now contributory factors in the work undertaken by the appeal group. If expenses such as loan interest were not originally allowed for instance could it be they would be allowed in a court of law?

I am as curious as anyone but I don't expect anything until next week and maybe even later and as with the previous hearing we have no idea of what our arguments are for mitigation or removal of the points deduction.
