If we take this kind though then every single club in the league is screwed. If the Glazers left United they’d go under, if the Saudis left Newcastle, if Abu Dhabi left City. Every club in the world would fold under that stress test.

You could even have a case for arguing that allowing sales of clubs to foreign states puts the clubs at more risk by exposing them to geo political unknowns.

It's been established that ffp is a scam to solidify the sky six dominance in the Premier league , also what isn't highlighted enough its hard to develop new revenue streams and fan bases when your club is unable to invest and getting points deducted or having the threat of points deduction fostering actual competition, how is that benefitting a team's growth? That's what i think will happen, then that's when we bring them to an actual court and sue them to such an extent that we will never fall foul of financial issues ever again.

they spend big almost every year, here's last summer.
