We shot ourselves in the foot by having Moshiri represent us in the first hearing imo.

I bet you didn't!I had no idea a it was paddy power. I don't gamble or follow them. Got sent it by a mate.
How do you work that out?
Do you know what our declared losses were ?
No one else seems to know.
We are being treated with completely different standards to everyone else
effectively not fit for purpose thenThe PL don't have the 'bandwidth'.
In other words they can only commit resources to so much at a time.
Same with 777 going on and on and on.
From a first skim of the most relevant points this decision is so wrong it’s the PL who should be appealing.Incorrect information. But at appeal they agreed we did not knowingly mislead. So surely that isn’t an argument?
Forest’s breach being £34m should make our silk’s job very easy in this next hearing.
Well I don't gamble so I can't take your bet!I bet you didn't!
We shot ourselves in the foot by having Moshiri represent us in the first hearing imo.
Oh my
35mDid Forest overspend by that much?
Are you related to that Curious George fella by any chance? You know he wouldn’t have given up so easily. After 56 years of supporting the Blues in the top division of English football....
I hate to say, but I think that's us done for.
We will almost certainly receive another 10 points deduction. Had Forest received a 10 points deduction as expected... we would have had a really good chance of avoiding relegation. But 4 points is a shocker.
Perhaps the mistake we made was only making a loss of £105million! If we had signed 42 players for a quarter of a billion Pounds in one season like Forest did, perhaps we would have only been deducted 4 points rather than 10.
Very sad day for our club.
The kopites will be gleeful today.
