6 + 2 Point Deductions

Sky going to sack all these panelists for being so supportive of the club and the utter joke of the punishment

Surely all this is going to backfire in the face of the FA

The second guy.. "could have just gone into administration and wipe out all debt for only 9 points"
We'd actually be better off financially and points wise if we did that.

Why would they. Sky will be absolutely delighted with the 10 point deduction.

The relegation battle was effectively over until the judgement. Now they get to spin interest in portraying us as the plucky underdog who has been harshly treated. Make no mistake as soon as we are out of the relegation zone they will change tack and whine on about how unfair it is on the bottom three that we weren't relegated. They are playing with us.

What I want to know is why was Gylfi suspended but Arsenal can play Partey every week?
Anthony for Manchester United

Innocent until proven guilty, not in Sig’s case. If he was told by the Premier League he cannot play, and was subsequently found either not guilty or charges dropped then surely Everton do have a case to say ‘he couldn’t play even though he hadn’t been convicted of any crime, this therefore left us in a vulnerable position in which we either kept on paying him/offered a new contract, as he couldn’t play we couldn’t offer him to other Premier League clubs, the only position it left us in was to release the player from his contract. This ultimately left us with no transfer fee from the player.’

It is too.

What will you say if DCL limps off in a LC tie and out for the season?
I’m all for playing academy players and saving the first team for league games, but it’s not going to be a “massive deal” if we do that.

No one will care. It will generate a few comments before kickoff, and no one remember once we are knocked out.

Administration doesn't wipe out debt. It gives an opportunity to work out how to repay the debt, and possibly agree with some debtors on paying a percentage of the debt and forgiving the rest. But its no magic bullet. If the administrator cannot work out an agreeable method of handling the debt, and making it profitable enterprise thereafter then bankruptcy is the only remaining option

The worst thing about this is it's confirmation we have cheated.

Dyche will rack up the points in no time, there should be no concern about staying up - I think we will be out of the relegation zone within 2 games personally.

Longer term our reputation has been shattered.
You are an absolute

Your team killed 39 people, supported the biting racist, stoned a football club's coach, broke into same club's computers, tried to start a super league and you have the temerity to call us cheats for overspending over 3 years just about what your scumbag pay Salah in one season.

How could he be found not guilty or the charges dropped when he was never charged with any offence in the first place.

We stopped paying him the moment we dismissed him in August a month after he was arrested. We didn't release him from his contract we dismissed him. We could have recouped a transfer fee by suing him.
