Masters & Co originally wanting a 12 point deduction for the 1st breach and 5 points for the 2nd

You cannot possibly tell me that these people have the interests of the clubs & it's fans at heart. They, unequivocally, want us out of the division.

17 points is an absolute disgrace.

And add to that the commission report saying they made criticisms of the club that were unwarranted.

Why are the media not asking questions about the leadership of the league ?

We should just respond to the Premier League that we intend to appeal through the UK High Court or the Court of Appeal. Forget another independant panel or CAS of whatever just go straight to the top. I know the Premier League rules say you cannot do that but;

No rule can override statute. Any code or contract which diminishes rights under statute is classed as unfair and non-binding. Every legal entity (individual or business) has rights to appeal and to use the courts to do it. They should take the PL to court over their rules. Suspect the PL would back down as someone in their legal team would realise that a formal legal challenge to their quasi-legal framework would be a very bad idea, so best to head it off at the pass.

Just been reading the report and all we can say in this instance is thankfully the KC and the IC had a degree of common sense about ghrm

Make no mistake the PL we’re coming for us again and coming for us HARD. Their request to change the figures mid process being a particular highlight. Their response to our mitigations is that they were out for blood
