This is Britain. I'm guessing public school connections or freemasonry. In Britain, either trumps merit every time. Its why the country is run so badly and on its knees.

Maybe if we say nothing about it they will forget.Has there been any word on the additional potential points deduction that they decided to leave out, because they hadn't been bothered to look at the accounts properly, is that going to be a points deduction thrown at us next season now ?
Its on Football Manager. Must be a thing. How the hell is a “set piece“ expert a thing?!? Where did this role come from?
What are the qualifications/experience needed? Absolute nonsense.
We had enough points to be safe on 16th December. For all of the whinging Luton did they finished 14 points below us. Cretins deserve what they get.
Given our off field predicaments and having £10 million taken off us due to PSR, I believe we are currently in a perpetual circle of points deductions.Has there been any word on the additional potential points deduction that they decided to leave out, because they hadn't been bothered to look at the accounts properly, is that going to be a points deduction thrown at us next season now ?

No idea, I'd guess we would make that argument, but the way things went last season I'd imagine they'd disregard it as mitigation. Is the £10mill we’ve had taken away from us a mitigating factor if/when we get charged next season?
If not, it's nigh on impossible to get out of it given the scale of our deductions this season. We're under more pressure to sell just to maintain what we’ve achieved this season.
Wolves, Fulham and Bournemouth are all 1 league place (~£3million) better off compared to where they should be through zero merit.
The whole thing is so badly thought through (if at all) it’s needed scrapping months ago.

I suspect a withdrawn appeal = quiet dropping of this additional charge.Maybe if we say nothing about it they will forget.
And im not even joking.
