Weird, I heard pretty consistently on here that PL clubs can’t take the PL to court.

No way they would accept the lost £10m as mitigation, they don't seem to understand the concept of what mitigation is, or what should happen when there is fair mitigation argued (look at how the mitigation accepted in our last case was grouped together for one point).
My view hasn't changed that someone needs to test the whole application of this non-bounded punishment regime legally via an application for a court injunction. As it is going away after next season no-one will though, and yet we would seem the odds-on favourites with forest to be charged yet again in the death-throes of a broken and unfit system.

If we need to sell someone by 30 June to avoid a points deduction (not something I agree with at all, but its reality), then we need to sell. There's no other option.

Just think of the literal hundreds of millions of pounds Manchester City earned in that period, the way they increased their reach in world football via their multi-club model, and the substantial improvements they were able to make to their stadium and other facilities based on their success.
They have been allowed to set themselves up for generations of success.
The only suitable punishment would be expulsion from the football league, but everybody knows they are going nowhere and will probably have won six in a row before any 'punishment' is handed out.
