6 + 2 Point Deductions

Just looked at the relegation odds for next season. Everton are 4th favourite to be relegated which is a surprise TBH but Man City are 16/1, in some places as low as 10/1, whereas the likes of Arsenal are 2000/1. Bookmakers must be thinking a points deduction for City or some other punishment potentially relegating them is possible?

While there is a chance the bookies wont be risking "their" profits.

Just wondering if the £40m transfer of Max Kilman to West Ham is going to be investigated in line with the good faith and fair market value rules that don’t exist.
7 year deal too….. though they were doing something about that after Chelsea signed all those player with contracts so long they were lined up for the Chelsea Pensioners?
Edit - just checked EPL amortisation for PSR is limited to 5 years so not sure what the benefit of a 7 year contract is to WHU

Chelsea playing the PSR game with 70 players in the books...
