So us and Forest breached in 22/23 and were punished and Leicester also did but will not be punished because of a loophole in the drafting in the rules.
The rules for 23/24 must surely be suspended if they cannot be applied equally. I don’t know who may or may not have breached but no one should be charged under these broken rules. Rip them up and start again.
