6 + 2 Point Deductions

Don't think they'll get 10, certainly not after appeal, but like you say after using loopholes to escape 2 previous years 6-8 is likely. Any mitigation shouldn't really be considered.
I think the PL would be wise to use the appeal judgement on Everton’s first breach which did sort of try to create a framework for future transgressions. It was also referenced in the Forest case.
3 points deduction for the breach and then up to 3 points for the size of the breach.
The maximum it can be is 8 points as the appeal panel did point out that a sanction can’t be higher than the 9 points deducted for going into administration.

I mean it depends on size of breach.

But we got 6, and they have actively not been helping the league at all. And the league may well factor in previous wrongdoing too that hasn't been punished.

That will be both pish the penalty higher beyond 10.

They seemed to throw out this case though for Forests case.

But yes, they will be at say 9. They may add more on for the previous offence.

The PL must apply a points deduction immediately if they are in breach as they did with us and Forest. This is a clear precedent that was established 3 times last season.
Also, I am hoping that TFG are more aggressive in pushing the Everton agenda with the PL and threatening legal action for inconsistent application of its own rules.

Yes it will be applied. Which actually is wrong really, but that's one of many ridiculous precadents they have set.

I’m not going to be a hypocrite and start hoping and praying for other teams to get points deductions in order to save us. We shouldn’t even be competing against the likes of Leicester, we are where we are because our manager has placed us here. Sort our own house out and stop hoping the league that we were all holding pink cards up in protest against this time last year, give us a leg up and remove earned points from our rivals.

Agree mine is more that i want it to be treated fair same goes to chelsea and city. 100% is on this team and manager is a disgrace that we are even looking at psr to get us safe

Can they add on anything for any previous offence, given that offence has not been through the system, and therefore not proven/unproven?
No passed that one because the league left a way out for them like chelsea and the hotels. Could be used to show they havent been working with the league like the good behaviour rule. Could be anything did sell the manager and kdh to chelsea, but no idea what the mess for psr in
