If they don’t for a similar offence to us that we did get a deduction for, then I think we should look at legal options because then it’s a clear bias at play

Leicester spotted a route out of it that shouldn't have been there, it made the Premier League look stupid. Such a route wasn't available to us. I know it's tempting to say they had better lawyers who worked harder, but the circumstances are completely different.

At least that gives us an argument if we are charged again, that the loophole that Leciester used means the rules can't be applied equally to the 20 clubs.

They aren't applied evenly across the clubs anyway, there is plenty of evidence for that.

I didn’t suggest better lawyers I do suggest your chances of getting off with something , be you Everton or a wrong un , are significantly improved by not admitting everything as soon as someone asks you what’s happening

There's a big difference in not applying the rules equally and not being able to apply them equally because some clubs have a loophole potentially up to 9 clubs if as unlikely as it would be, promotion and relegation worked out that way.
