It’s massive news even if it was increasinhly expected. Losing that would’ve potentially led to two points deductions and a significant reduction in our headroom this year. I think it was underestimated how important this was.

Was told that the accounting charge would be dropped when we voted with the PL recently on the interest charges on shareholder loans that came up during the City case - it absolutely wasn’t in our interests to do that before the takeover.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if this is a softening up or a clearing of the decks for the a light City punishment.

Lastly I think Leicester torpedoed the whole sham, how can you apply to rules to all if you can’t apply the rules to one.

Slinking off now into the sunset, like the coward they are.

They’ve had their pound of flesh from us, could have killed this club, as it was they damaged us reputationaly at an important time of commercial deals with the new ground, almost willed us to relegation and ultimately cost us 14 mill in prize money with their deductions.

Whatever about releiving anxiety around the accountancy interest charge I for one won’t be celebrating whatever crumbs they decide to throw us now!

Big two fingers up to them.

Only brilliant news if they go after the Man City and Chelsea of this world who also been more than a bit dodge.

Why should we get points deducted and others apart from Forest get away with it ?

We should be threatening legal action
