Sell Goodison to a TFG company that then rents it out to the women’s team.

In the past, people have been unenthusiastic about the value of the land where Goodison is located. However, that’s with a view to knocking the stadium down as it would no longer be utilised in that way.

But if it continues to be used as a soccer stadium, then it retains the value of a soccer stadium. And the truth is that Goodison Park remains a Premier League standard ground, and therefore has significant value in the money mad world of ‘soccer’.

We should not underestimate the value of Goodison Park!

It’s because it s a loop hole in the PL rules, I read they can’t do anything about it but UEFA have stricter rules. I think PL teams voted on amending the PL rules to close the loop hole and choose against it.

Maybe, but do the legal costs incurred while fighting human trafficking and child slavery charges count as an add back for PSR? Thats the real question.

United were found guilty in 2023 of breaking UEFA spending rules, Masters wasn't even questioned, The PL let united away with far more Covid losses than UEFA did..
