Now, if this is the punishment for not intending to break PSR, but doing so by accident, then heaven forbid what happens to clubs who are though to have intentionally done so. 20 points per infraction? Either that or absolutely nothing.

What amuses me about the sporting advantage gain and compensation claims. we spent money to try and kick on. Failed miserably at it but regardless. If we had finished mid table those clubs wouldnt be sniffing around Everton for compo. So if found guilty will they be seeking compo from city and chelsea. As Everton will be being sued for sporting gain. Those clubs gained to. They just did it better than us.
I bet they dont go anywhere near them.
The target for everyone is clearly Everton only.

Maybe we can do the claim merry-go-round. Leeds etc sue us over it and we then sue Chelsea and man City for it... be kinda funny. Imagine.

You for a sporting advantage so we are suing you. Well they both got one too so we are suing them for that. Be like a circus lol claims all over the place.

You're quoting the EFL rules. The report says it was wrong for Everton to refer to the rules of a different league so quoting them is pointless.

A deliberate breach to gain a sporting advantage and accidental breach therefore gaining a sporting advantage are not the same thing.

Then how is it they indicated to the 3 "B"s that they can take action against us ?
