“Just don’t do it again, ok?”Imagine how desperate and pathetic they would look if they went from a 10 point deduction to a fine.

We have to stay up first mate.Would rathertake the 10 points on the chin than have a summer transfer ban given we will be selling onana or someone for ffp tbqhwy
You joke but this isn't out of the realms kf possibility, absolutely anything to save face, if they can't throw us under the bus, it'll ve someone else.Perhaps the PL will throw the Independent Commission under the bus in a desperate attempt to keep regulation away …. Lol, jokers
Yes, looks like they have dropped a bollox. They already look pathetic with the excessive punishment they've dished out to us.

A transfer ban is not practical for this type of situation. We would be forced into keeping players we might need to sell to comply with FFPWould rathertake the 10 points on the chin than have a summer transfer ban given we will be selling onana or someone for ffp tbqhwy
Well we are a famous club for firsts. We don’t have recourse to go to CAS mind, was my understanding?
hopefully, lets hope they really regret trying to stitch us up to save their own baconThey really have opened the can, haven't they........
Indeed...if we had follow what city did with mendy for player x, it would have been at the very least just over 5 millions in wages for that season he was suspended, and that not even taking into account any transfer fee we would have got either in the summer or later in the January window. With that in mind, I believe that the 10 millions was probably a fair value that everton brought forward to justify that excess over spend. By the way mendy is suing city for more than 50 millions for about 2 years of contract. Not sure if all is wages but that could be significant for them if they are borderline with ffp.Wonder if his registration was cancelled like player X’s. Can’t understand why this mitigation was dismissed seemingly out of hand as it immediately reduces his resale value to nil & there are still wages to consider. Can’t believe it’s routine for the Premier League to cancel players registrations as they intimated it was a ‘normal’ business risk.
We will. I'm not sure we would next season with another firesale and no reinforcements thoughWe have to stay up first mate.
