When does appeal get heard ? If they change close to seasons end and it upsets Europe they will crash and burn. If after seasons end we may get cash to the value of positions lost by move.

They couldn’t look any more like clowns than they currently do. Imagine how weak they’d look if our punishment stuck and then they changed the rules to get around punishing City. Doesn’t get any weaker than that.

The PL lawyers would probably find a loophole as to why the punishment for City was different, the majority of the media will nod along as they generally do. We'll be yesterday's news, with no one else caring bar our own fan base. It'll be brushed over inside a week.

A suspended points deduction for 2 years means that if we break rules again within 2 years the points deduction is applied.. if we don't break rules in the 2 years then the deduction is binned.

So you accept the principle but not the extent of the punishment? So what's your barometer for what would be fair? 4 points off okay old chap? 5 would be an inconvenience but acceptable? 3 would be spiffing? Best leave it to am independent panel. Oh wait.

Until we have sight of other cases and punishments then we're literally chatting hot air and it's plain daft. However it winds the crowd up like a good american wrestling show so all fine really.

There was nothing independent about the panel, your wummery is becoming tiresome.

As I’ve said on multiple occasions, a financial penalty for a financial breach would have got no complaints from me, and some blues (not me before you start, you bore!) may, just MAY, have taken a few points deduction on the chin and moved on. However, getting more points taken off than had we entered administration is just insane and totally corrupt and unfair - ie an injustice.

We don’t need to see what happens to other clubs, that has nothing to do with Everton - it’s already been disclosed that the rules they used against Everton won’t be in place for anyone else - are you that dense or blind by wanting city to be hammered, that you don’t get it!?!

Not nailing anything next year.. with the hullabaloo over not punishing fans from politicians and people involved in football.. future punishments will be financial which will suit the PL as they won't have to take points from 2 of the scab 6.. I expect most of if not all of our points deduction to get punted, then a motion put forward for voting on, to bring in financial penalties for breaking financial rules.

I’m fairly sure I read the appeal all has to be done within 12 weeks.
