This is Moshiri but more specifically Bill Kenwright’s legacy at Everton. Simply put they both have killed Everton Football Club, almost single handedly and the worst thing about it is they’ll get away with it.

The Premier League are delighted with this by the way, we’ve spent nothing in the past 3 years, surely this is a double jeopardy situation.
