This judgement along with the FFP rules in general will all be thrown out in a court of law - they flagrantly breach anti-competition laws. Wouldn’t be getting worried about it
Is there anything written in their arbitrary rules that two-time losers get slapped harder? Sure they'll decide tomorrow over a tea break.Surely this much be a much more minor breech than last year?
As such the punishment should be much more lenient. Maybe just a fine.
UNLESS we get an even worse punishment because it’s a second offence
This can't possibly be the case. We've been babysat by the PL for years now and somehow, possibly, have breached the rules twice. We were run by an ACCOUNTANT and this is still happening.
He was literally just making the point that they're not going to go "Oh, don't deduct Everton points, their fans find it disagreeable."
Same thing in some circumstancesWe were ran by a money launderer, not an accountant.
if they slap us another penalty im done with footy. I will distance my emotions from it.Complete bs, what was the point of even cooperating with the PL all these years. Should've just spent anyway if we were going to get massive punishment regardless. PL is bent and the club is naive.
Yeah, entirely possible they give us 5 back on appeal then reapply for the second breach. Or they suspend the initial punishment but then trigger it for the second.Also....the 10 points will stick. They'll use it to cover the 2 breaches IMO.
I’d take that scenario right now 100%Entirely possible. 10 points cover both. Forest get 4-5 points.
So get the ten back this season and then start next season on -6 you say?Yeah, entirely possible they give us 5 back on appeal then reapply for the second breach. Or they suspend the initial punishment but then trigger it for the second.
They must surely see that -20 points for failing to hit fairly arbitrary accountancy targets is ludicrous.
Points deductions on any scale should be for serious fraud, corruption, fan rioting, stuff on a serious criminal scale. Not this crap.
