Part of the reason we got points back was because we had cooperated.

So, the Forest commission does not know why we got "three extra points deducted" but assumes "some part" of these is related to "incorrect information" - yet the Everton commission appeal board said we acted in good faith.

Forest are over nearly twice as much as us, and yet we end up with a 33% extra penalty.

And Everton fans are supposed to believe our treatment is not disproportionate and/or corrupt?

On this basis, the interim Everton board - if we even have one - should resign en masse.

Our breach is 19% of the threshold while Forrests is 57%! The Forrest decision is clear that the SIZE of the breach was their primary concern.

Hope to feck some one from Everton is fuming as much as i am. That report is a proper kick in the danglers and has to be acted upon. Take legal action against the corrupt helmets ffs Everton. Grow a pair for once in your life.

They've really made a rod for their own back with the nonsense they put in these report summaries. We were found not to have misled and therefore got our penalty reduced to 6. Forest are found not to have misled and therefore get a reduction from 6 points to 4 citing Everton who were found to have misled. They could at least read their own stuff.

We should, but Everton do not have the stones to take on the PL. Everton will take whatever punishment they make up and be happy about it because they want to be seen as "doing the right thing ".
