Charles Hawtrey
Player Valuation: £50m
Reminds me of the old Marx brothers sketch about the rent money... I am sure someone has the clip...

Tom, slip into my DM'sMy understanding is that these want a full takeover. They can meet all of the PL conditions and are ready to go now. I've no idea if they're interested in a partnership or anything like that.
Dunno man
All seems dodgy af
This is the issue, the longer this goes on player sales is inevitable, unable to buy anyone.... it`s certain relegation next season. These loans are circa 40m a time.
The PL stipulations to finalise the purchase are that, 777 must pay MSP 150m, provide the club with 60m in an Escrow and provide funding for the balance of the stadium. Combined circa 400m.
They're clearly able to access the smaller monthly payments, but the challenge is the big chunk to close the purchase.
Makes you wonder whether the reason nothing is progressing is that Moshiri is happy for them to continuing to pay to keep the lights on.
I suspect early player sales, potentially even before the Euro's.
Must be someone who wants to be kept out of the lime lightDunno man

Would anyone back this squad less Branthwaite, Onana and all the out of contract and loan players to stay up next season? I can`t, we`d certainly go down.
But if the new PSR rules is 70% or 80% of revenue, how does that help us when we are spending over 90% of revenue on just wages... Can we reduce this enough to be compliant?Player sales are certain regardless with a few more months of PSR in its current form.
Kicks in when the stadium opens though so it’s as much about the increase in revenue as the reduction in cost (although we need to do both really). But if the new PSR rules is 70% or 80% of revenue, how does that help us when we are spending over 90% of revenue on just wages... I think it is impossible to see how Branthwaite or Onana won't be sold, probably both will go.Player sales are certain regardless with a few more months of PSR in its current form.
He's doesn't know his arse from his elbow...leave him be while he's quiet.Esk is gonna be foaming
This “fit and proper” owners test is all bollocks when our current owner is being allowed to load the club with hundreds of millions worth of debt.
I know mate. All a waste of time and effort by the sounds of it.What is the point of the fit and proper owners test if they don’t ultimately have to power to tell some jokers to ‘koff?
