I read it that loan is "offered" to Everton Football Club and not to 777.
If that's the case then it sounds like Moshiri is doing everything he can to get the 777 deal over the line, by sorting out alternative finance to pay MSP off.

Surely that wouldn't satisfy the Premier League? I'd have thought the stipulation that the MSP loan is paid off is more to do with reducing our debt rather than it being 'due'?

it seems the PL and moshiri
want us to disappear

If the loan from GD Luma pays off MSP , that removes one of the reported pre -conditions laid upon 777 by the PL.
In a statement the other week... it said Moshiri was working with 777 to help find funding to complete the deal.

I genuinely think this is to help get MSP out the way to ease 777 over the line, especially after learning 777 originally approach GD Luma for funding itself.

Either way, it's a grim development.

Even if 777 fall through and this is the back up plan to tide us through until the stadium opens, it just leaves us with another corporate vulture feeding off our emaciated remains and makes eventual sale to someone credible even less likely

Can't see that either , if Moshiri takes out that loan to help out 777 it would only pile more debt onto the club.
It's borrowing off Peter to pay Paul.

not really. he doesnt post on here and on the likes of X, you'd have to block every Everton fan account. Most of them quote tweet or retweet him.

On X a muted users posts won’t show when quoted . This does
