If it is true, then there will be 2 options.
1. Huge points deduction for flouting sanctions.
2. 777 and Usmonov get in bother and Everton don't have to pay back any loans.
It isn’t true though is it. If it was Usmanov trying to “buy” the club via 777 why would he be failing to do so? He could’ve fulfilled the PL’s four economic conditions with the change down the back of his sofa and it would’ve been confirmed months ago.

Just found this a waft of Bull crap -

The only question is why the hell hasn't Moshiri punted them months ago, Mosh is a billionaire accountant, I'm not, and even I can see that these guys haven't a clue and would never pass fit and proper scrutiny. Thankfully the PL were competent in their dealing with this and lay down what was needed from 777, which 777 cant come up with.
If they ever got control we'd become the bottom level of their pyramid and eventually have every asset sold so they can purchase another company. I hope their dodgy dealings catch up with them and they go out of business.
I'm very happy with Masters response here, It's now up to Mosh to punt these guys on the 31st of may like he said he would, there's no way they will fulfill these demands.

Guys-they've given the club 200 million when others wouldn't. It's very simple.

Moshiri has more problems when the deal ends than he does while it's still alive. At the moment the club is running and the stadium is still being built, and he's not spending a penny. From his point of view, what's the rush?

The last decade or more of Everton's financial ineptitude has made me very cynical. When you have a billionaire owner who could buy the stadium outright but won't put any of his own money on the line no wonder any potential real or imaginary buyers are standing back to see what unfolds. Thinks is very clear that the Prem needed to make certain promises to certain clubs to thwart that planned break away League.

This is why I think they started applying the points reductions - far from punishing the breakaway clubs - they are trying to keep them sweet - stinks.

At the expense of their other companies, who's employees are loosing their jobs, have been told there's no pay or are entering administration, that's our future when these cowboys need to fund their next adventure.
