Am i right in saying they have minority stakes in the most of the clubs they are involved in? What sort of power do they have in those clubs? Where they the ones that put the entire Seville Squad up for sale or asked for fans to fund another teams training ground?
My understanding is they have investments in other clubs but no control.
We must remember that at Everton there is approx 6% of shares held by other shareholders who in my opinion have no influence on the decisions made at Everton FC in recent years, I think that something similar may apply to 777 with their minority share in other clubs, I expect their plan is to gradually over time to increase their shareholding to a level where they will eventually have influence or some day they may have control.

The Everton situation for them seems to be different whereby they are taking the reins of power.
The obvious question is where are the funds coming from, but I expect there will be a clear answer to that as it is hardly an unforeseen question.
I think that if they were allowed to invest in other clubs they may be allowed to invest in Everton. Being American is not sufficient grounds on it's own to prove an unfit and not proper case.... as far as I know.

I think we will see a different Everton quite quickly. I think Evertonians should considerdeveloping a taste for Budweiser and hot dogs. The toffee lady being replaced by Toffee majorettes, get used to being called the Liverpool Blues... and that will be just the beginning.

To be honest if we are ever to generate large amounts of Revenue on a world wide stage then the image of Everton FC will have to change radically away from the club is today.... imho.

I'd like to see some details on how/who is funding the buyout of Moshiri's shares. I think everyone broadly accepts Moshiri no longer being at the helm is a good thing.

It goes without saying that Kenwright being no longer involved in the club in anyway, shape or form is a good thing.

There is plenty of potential for a well run Everton to be a commercial success, albeit from a low low base.

If, however, its a leveraged buyout scenario I'm very worried.

It won't be american until the toffee lady looks like this...

I really don’t understand how these presenters and pundits can’t grasp the fact that we could be bought by Bill Gates and Elon Musk and they still couldn’t invest huge amounts into the team without us being slapped with a fine or points deduction. Never mind a multi-club group who aren’t going to inject hundreds of millions into the playing squad.
True like I said earlier all the money in the world is no good while hamstrung by regulations..but a little bit of actual business sense will raise our income therefor raising what we can spend. Some of the deals we've been doing are remarkably poor for a PL team.. without Usmonovs money laundering we'd have gone completely bust, Moshiri hadn't a clue about running a football club.

Well, the one main hope with this is that they fully intend to take the distressed asset, greatly increase revenue, finish the stadium, and sell for a nice profit to a rich and competent owner in a few years. If I knew that was the case and they could bring mid table stability Id be on board with it(I dont think they care if I am TBF).

The other hope is that they are competent enough to increase revenue in many areas, which the incompetent Everton board could not, and that will enable us to spend more on players every season. The last hope is that they see Everton as the top of their multi-club platform they want to build, and the up-and-coming talents on the other teams are cheaply transferred here. Im sure none of that is the case, but one can hope dangerously...
