Not sure if already posted but these took over Hertha earlier in the year and oversaw (admittedly already on the cards) relegation from the Bundesliga, a major sell off of players, and Hertha are now bottom of the 2. Bundesliga.

By all accounts they aren't exactly popular with Hertha fans.

That's the big issue that is lingering over Hertha atm. Hertha were already in trouble when they came on board but the issue with certain board members and fans is how they came on board, it all seems to have been done in a very backdoor manner.
Arnt all German clubs 50.1% fan owned and gave a golden veto

The shirt sleeve sponsor should make it worth it alone.
This icon on each sleeve, beautiful.

This article from when the previous majority shareholder of Hertha took over gives a decent summary of of the 50+1 rule.

Put simply, the football operations can be bought by an investor, but the institution of the club has to remain run by a majority of shareholders. A handful of teams like RB Leipzig have gotten around this by only creating a fixed number of members with voting rights that while technically separate from Red Bull, magically always align in their vision for the club.

There are so many similarities between us and Hertha right now by the way and I’m terrified of either relegation or this nob getting anywhere near us. Genuinely think either happening would be the be beginning of the end for us a club.

I take you point
But these would be far worse, I think.
We have yet to face the charges in October- 777 are known to be dodgy our evidence of dealings go way back & are not known as yet rumours of non dom offices etc runs into millions & millions even BK was involved allegedly- shame also its been wasted our debts are colossal evidently the reason the USA investors partly pulled out - so agan we have a shortfall - any big businesses have AGMs not us ?
It's very worrying circumstances imo looking now we are nearly 1/2 a billion of debts

Red Bull Leipzig are a rotten club , and have led the way in deliberately undermining the the regulations that were put in place to protect the supporters interests.
In fact the entire Red Bull operation and it’s many franchises stinks and should never have been allowed to take root anywhere.

Apologies if already posted..... 777 Portfolio

Genoa 19th in the league, out of 20 teams (In relegation zone)
Sevilla 18th out of 20 (In relegation zone)
Standard Liege 14th out of 16 (In relegation zone)
Red Star 10th out of 18
Vasco de Gama 18th out of 20 teams (In relegation zone)
Melbourne Victory 11th of 12 teams

Early days but a common theme....

We fit right into their portfolio then.

This lot might actually be worse than Kenwright.

Is there a future where we actually might want him to stick around for no other reason than to fend off these crooks?

What a prospect.
